Terms and conditions:
Prices net of any exchange commission or bank charges.
Weekly Maid service. Extra maid service by arrangement
Refundable breakage deposit Euros 600. A Heating deposit may be required.
Rentals from Saturday to Saturday but a certain flexibility can be offered out of high season.
A non-refundable deposit of 30% will secure the reservation, the balance plus the breakage deposit being payable 8 weeks before the rental begins.
Linen, bath towels, gas for hot water and electricity are included.
The house provides accommodation for up to 11 people.
The house is available from 6.pm on arrival day. Please leave the house before 10 a.m. on the day of departure to allow time for cleaning. The house must be left in reasonable order or an extra cleaning charge will be made.
Le Mura is a non-smoking household, guests may only smoke outside.

Telephone calls and basic internet connection are metered and charged accordingly.
Gas for heating and wood if required is charged at cost.
